need help with a orion xtr 400

hey guys

i have a orion xtr 400 that the speaker wire briefly touched the other channel or remote, so now it just blows fuse's

i opened it up and 2 resistors are all that looked to be damaged
r132 and r138

can i just replace these 2 and it might work? does anyone know the specs on these resistors or have a schematic? any help will be appreciated

i have basic solder skills and a multimeter
