your sub got dual voice coil , if u want it to be a 2 ohm speaker then u should connect the 2 coils in paralell , if u want it to be 8 ohm speaker then u should connect the 2 voice coils in series.

any one of those amps will do. None of those AMPS are 2 ohm stable when bridged into one channel (as far as I can tell) so just have the amp running 2 channels, one for each voice coil.

u will be able to get max power (1200W) only from the second amp
(SOUNDSTORM VANQUISH V300.4 1200W)

but u gotta know what u are doing because the connections will be difficult , i'll try to explain anyway :D

this amp got 4 channels
first u gotta configure the amp to work in bridge mode
after doing that u will have 2 channels -
2 signal inputs and 2 speaker outputs

connect the same audio signal to the 2 signal inputs -this is important!!
(dont connect L signal to one input and R signal to the other !!)
now all u gotta do is to connect each speaker output to one voice coil , check for polarity !! in this config bouth amps working in paralell so connect + to + and - to - ............
hope u'll get it right
