What make/model amp?

Clean the top with acetone and wipe clean. Wipe some heatsink compound on it and wipe off as much as possible with a dry paper towel.

Appears to be some kind of diode in a DO-214/SMB package(?)

Maybe a Schottky Diode or perhaps a fast recovery rectifier.

As Perry said, give it a clean to try get more details off the top and more information regarding the make/model is always helpful..

Otherwise you could search for a schematic of the amp yourself and look up whatever D37 is.

hi,

i used 15v zener diode that i had in my stock. i am getting very disturbed waveform on high side gate and almost no waveform on low side. and has dc on the output terminals. can anybody please share the schematic diagram for the same will be highly appreciated.
