This amp does not have "outputs" in the traditional sense. There are 64 IRF3207's that work in conjunction with the 6 IRFP4242's pass switches in a complex timing sequence controlled by the microcontroller based on the input signal.

Do you have all 64 mosfets and the 4 driver boards removed from the board?Post pic's and I might be able to offer some help.
 
In your Post #1 you said you had one blown output.
What part are you referring to? IRF3207?

Also, you mentioned .07 ohms between pads 2-3.
Where you able to clear the short and what specific pads are you referring to?

My experience with this amp is limited. There are maybe a handful of people who have worked on this amp.If you are working on this amp for someone else you might consider calling the Electronic Repair Department at Kicker. The repair cost may be high and long lead time but it will be done right.
