Weller help and replacement parts site.

I have several Weller units I would like to update to new parts. One a ds600 portable sodering station. Looking for a site to get all the replacement parts. Also I just aquired a wed81 that does not have a iron. I currently use a wsd51 will that iron work with the other unit? Up to a certain temp.? If not where can I buy a reasonable priced iron for the unit? eBay's are like 100 and the whole new unit is only a bit more....

You can buy directly from Weller. If not, buy from whoever has the best price.

Both are 24v irons. The 80w likely draws more current and could overload the 50w base. The 50w iron may be OK on the 80w base but there's no point in risking it.

That what figured perry and I like the WES51------ works excellent. I found an iron for 50 eBay.

The ds600 Weller worth every penny spent. What a great machine. Simple soder removal.
