It's possible that the ICs were damaged during installation, initially. You can add windings to what you have to incrementally increase the supply voltage if you want to be cautious with it. Generally, if you don't see problems at this point (groups of outputs overheating, bad/weak drive signals...), things are OK. Some self-oscillating amps won't produce any rail-rail oscillation until it gets an audio (or some other) signal.

Self-oscillation appeared when the amplifier was turned on with the speaker connected, without an audio input signal. I applied an audio signal to the input - there is a quiet sound. I'll fix everything on the radiators - I'll try to make it louder.

If the audio was also low with the reduced voltage, that's how I would troubleshoot. With full rail voltage, one tiny mistake can cause a lot of damage.

Добрый день. Столкнулся с такой же самой проблемой. Меандр исчезает если установить выходные транзисторы. Возможно этот усилитель каким то образом попал ко мне, либо такое со всеми 4000.1
