Hello everyone, I oo available core edt edt 29 or 34, 4 IRF3205, sg3524, driver BC547 BC557 end, gate resistor 10 ohm, 80KHz oscillator, the application and: 6 +6 coil diameter 1 mm, secondary to = 45 + 45 volt 90volt how many turns? a fine wire from 0.6?

how should select proper ferrite core&what are the calculations we need to do???

It's generally determined by the power requirements.

Have you read the 'Basic Switching Power Supply Design' (link in sig line below)?
