Rod Elliot is not selling the design by now, at least to my knowledge! ;-) Only a joke. But good news, I have some ideas of creating a website to sell some version of my SMPS, in fact I have almost finished a design with 4 mosfets and toroidal / ETD transformer, regulated output, etc (300-500W I hope). Yes, we plan to sell the completed boards (with all the components), although we could study selling only the PCBs.
The boards will be of high quality (FR4, double sided, soldermask and silkscreen). Best regards. |

Nice work Risto. It may work very good and its very small pcb good. I was just going design a board with tl494. Why you used sg3524. why not tl494. I emailed you some design. I also design with tl494 SMD. Hey tell me how can you convert PDF from Protel please

Hi all
Look here this is Risto's pcb's SMD version. Sorry but this is manualy design by me i put down rectifier section from his old smps pcb and DIP replace by SMD hey i attach it look

what is your transformers data 1. core size ? 2. wire gauge? 3. how much turns? 4. chock core size? 5. chock wire gauge? 6. turns of chock ? please answer all of its here
