Default Power Supply Driver Question

Working on a power supply board all of the drivers and fets were burnt..

I removed all of them and cleaned the board..

Is there anything else that would cause a direct short from B+ to B- terminals on the board? measured from B+ to B- i get 0.03 ohms So wondering if there is anything else that would cause this besides a shorted transformer

Could you post a photo of the board? What model of amplifier are you working on?

A solder bridge between the drain and source for one of the FETs could cause that.
