I'm working on a large class D amp and i'm replacing the power suplly drivers since they are burnt..
The drivers are A1275 and C3228 Im replacing them with the BD139/140's
One of the diodes that connects from the base of 1 A1275 to the collector of the other A1275 is defective .
They are marked B10 These are thru hole diodes
Anyone Know a part number for these diodes or a replacement that will work ?
