Good Day all. I have an Alpine PDX4.100 that has one channel out. The output transistors were shorted and removed. The remaining three channels are fully functional and I need to order the outputs( FDB3682 ) , and the output ICs( ICE ICC3 ). I am having a hard time locating the ICs to purchase. Can anyone please advise where I can find this item or a suitable substitute. Thanks.

Contacted all of the parts suppliers listed by Alpine and PacParts with no luck, WC, Encompass, etc. They either do not have stock or do not list this item.
I have found 1 listing on Amazon.com and 1 listing on ebay.com but am skeptical of their genuinity/originality. Not sure if they are counterfeit or authentic. Screenshots are posted below. The eBay one is coming from Shenzen, China and the Amazon one is on Amazon.UK.
