Do you have rail to rail oscillation on the output transistors?

MV only. Even on the non, and pnp transistors same jumping around mv

Use your scope. Set it to 20v and 5us.

Post the DC voltage on all pins of U4.

I am checking that now I also found these resistors we're burnt so I replaced them and they burnt out again. R50 burnt and r49 out.

I happened to notice that on pin 7, not sure how to word this. The ground when, I tested pin 7 made like a spark noise on the ground from the tester? Noticeable when on the pin s and then off.?

An audible current sound from the ground point. Like a a spark just low current sound. It very strange. Does the final pin look readings look normal, to you?
