Alpine mrv-m500

im working on a alpine mrv-m500 class d amp
the problem that im having is that there is 50volts on my speaker terminals
i asked a buddy of mine and he sadie most likely its the driver ic
the driver ic i think says anaview.com
can i use a IRS20956S
is their any thing else i should check ?
anything else it could be ?

alpine update

i have a few of them and yea it seems like 2 power side outputs are bad irf3025
and 2 audio side outputs irfb4321 are bad in all of them
i think the part that i need is the driver ic
its a abletec.com 538p
if someone can tell me what i can use in its place

The 20956 is available from china. Search for the IC # on the forum for the source that others have used. PacParts.com cam supply the original.

i was working on more of my alpine amps today and
ran into another problem i put my new power supply outputs in irf3205
and checked all of the gate resistors they all seem to be fine
but the amp is pulling a lot of current burning up my new parts
not shore what to check? or what it could be?
the parts that im putting in are good

i checked all of the gate resistors and they are fine
im not shore what to check?
the parts that im using are good

For future reference, it's less confusing if you don't use the term 'outputs' for the power supply FETs.

Precisely which parts (circuit board designations for each, Qxyz, Rxyz...) are heating?

Did any of the output transistors (FETs) fail?

Did you check or replace the power supply driver transistors?

Kicker zx 350.2 resistor help

does anyone have a service manual for this amp ? kicker zx 350.2
i need the find the value for the resistor that is located at
R42 on the board its right buy the gate resistors

i think the resistor that im looking for is a 1k resistor thats what the color code is if im reading it right
but one comes up as 130ohm way out of toleren and the other one is open reads nothing
in the pic i marked the resistors that im talking about there is 1 on each side
and the gate resistors around them are 150ohms
i think its a 1k ???

1k looks right. Desolder 1 leg and re-check the value.

can anyone tell me what the ps fets are suppost to be for this amp?
im not shore when i opened this amp up they were all burned up and some even cracked in half all i can make from them is IRF?

no that was one that i was trying to use in the amp
it was a irf3205 i put 3 on each side and powered the amp up
right away it blue the fuse and 2 of the irf3205
gate resistors are fine
im not shore what ps fets i can use

I don't have anything on this amp but the ZX450.2 uses IRFZ44V.
