Driver transistor location on Punch 200 dsm

Hey guys I'm working on a Rockford fosgate punch 200 dsm that's got a blown power supply. The gate pads all had over 7volts on them which is bad. Are they AJJ & BJJ transistors on the small board near TL594CD? There's four. Also which one would be NPN and PNP? Ready to replace them just not sure of polarity of those. Thanks!

The PNP have their collectors connected to ground.

2A = PNP
1A = NPN

Ok got the amp to power up now. It plays audio right channel plays clear audio and left channel plays low faint audio if I unplug one of the signal rcas I get a static feedback from the speaker.

In virtually all of these amps, you need to replace the 10uF@16v SMD electrolytic caps. They can cause all sorts of problems.

You could have a broken shield ground on the RCA jacks.

Checked the rca shield nothing. I'm betting it's those caps?

Yes. Those and the ones on the main board. I'd check to see if you had clean audio out of that board before trying to replace them. They're not easy to replace.

Maybe seankane can offer some suggestions. I think he repairs more of these than I do.

I might just have to shelve this project. Next I have a 250m was sending rail to the speakers. Found one bad IRF640 clipped legs no DC plays audio clear now. Do you by any chance have a source for IRF640 & IRF9640? Thanks perry!

Did you check to see if the audio was clean coming out of the preamp board on the 200?
