rockford fosgate 5002 help

i have a fosgate 5002 amp that is stuck in protect mode after blowing both the fuses on front. powered up at first but no sound on sub in tried regular input and thats when it blowed the fuses. does any of you have a schematic that you can send me and any other help would be greatly appreciated!! thanks, ruben

Have you checked the power supply FETs and output FETs with a meter to see if any are shorted? Check them all from gate to source leg 1 to leg 3 on ohms setting, preferably auto range if your meter has it.

Post the board locations and readings of those.

Do you have a scope?
 
Do you have any open or way out of tolerance source resistors? These are the large grey resistors with the brown black silver bands. They should all read .1 ohm. These are connected to leg 3 of the outputs.

From what you posted Q122 Q118 Q117 Q121 Q217 Q221 are shorted or leaky. Q222 Q218 will have to be replaced with the rest. All the outputs MUST be changed in this amp so that they have matching date codes.

Have you removed the board from the heat sink yet to see if it has any open traces on the backside?
