I checked that waveform by directly connecting the test probe between the gate and the source, and the result is the same.

Yes, it seems that the noise comes from a mismatch of the input gain potentiometer, (it has not been activated for a long time)

With audio signal in the input, now yes, there is clean audio in the speaker.

OK. Replace the diode but monitor the voltage across the red and blue wires. If it goes higher than the rail cap rated voltage, shut the amp down.

Installed D11 and the voltage between red and blue wires is 121.8 v this is correct, I think ...
I have also checked again the square waveform existing on the gate pins of the output FETS, and has improved greatly, looks more square.
