I have a Pioneer AVIC-X930BT that is asking for a password. I have the password but the touchscreen keypad is disabled. My guess is that someone entered the wrong password 3 times and got locked out.
The touch screen and LCD pass self tests. They are working. If I load a CD the unit will display the "eject CD" button on the touch screen and when I press it (on the screen) the CD ejects as expected.
Again I have the password for this unit (I am positive). How do I unlock the keypad so I can enter the password?
