Got this amp for repair with blown outputs. After reconstructing the driver board ( DWM1218 ) replacing some regulators, and the 640/9640s, it seems to work ok. Problem is that at 12V input, without a load, the output has some noise on top of the sine wave after a certain piont of gain.
If i set the input voltage to 14.4V (again without load), it amplifies fine but suddenly it produces DC at the speaker output and shuts down.
So far i have removed and checked all 4 10uF/250V capacitors (test ok) and both output filters (tesk ok as well).
Any ideas?
