Default Crunch GP3000D

This amp doesn't power up ..

On pin 8,11,12 of the 494 I get 0.72 volts ..

I tracked it back to the main board where pin 3 of the driverboard connects to it and only get 1.88 volts ..

I removed the driverboard and still pin 3 reads 1.88 volts .. I'm assuming it should read 12 volts since pin 8,11,12 should have 12 volts ..

Anyone know what controls the voltage for this ?

Remote voltage missing.Follow the voltage from the remote might be an open trace
