Default JL Audio 1000/1 Diode replacement

I'm looking to replace an SF1606GA which is a common anode diode in a T0-220AB package. I'm not having much luck finding any thing suitable that is in stock. After contacting Thinki Semiconductor in China and finding out they want to charge $50 to ship a .41cent piece I was hoping maybe someone here might know of a suitable replacement that can be picked up a bit cheaper.

please back thread...you can use other diode replacement with correct or higher current rating and voltage. They are super fast diode.

I've searched though as many threads as I could find that were related to diodes, I've not found any that mention common anode diode replacements, if it were a common cathode diode there are plenty of them to choose from.

china seems to be only source other then mouser Europe

this might work:

This part is 200 volt rated so unless you got some huge rail voltage in that amp I don't know about this will probably work fine

I was trying to avoid sourcing from China due to shipment time and cost, to get it in a 15-21 day span is around 50$ shipping according to two places there that produce parts. I'm not sure the 200volt part would last long with 300+ voltage spikes according to the oscope

I don't understand why they would charge more than 4 bucks...I've purchased small goofy props from Ebay (China) for 2.00 postage INCLUDED. Takes about 15-18 days so it's not that bad.
