It's too dark to see clearly but it appears that the liquid crystal material is leaking. This is generally due to the layers delaminating if the display hasn't been subjected to any impact. If the fluid is leaking, it's not repairable.

If none are available new, you may have to salvage one from a deck that used the same display. Sometimes the damaged area doesn't spread very far and the display would remain usable.
