I'm pretty much familiar that in the States, Eminence makes
alot of speakers for companies, that have a vision but no
qualifications to build speakers in home, and, pro audio

As for Car Speakers, I know Credence is a company that
also builds speakers for companies as well.

But, what about the cheap woofers, who makes them?

Companies like:

Pyramid
Audioteck
Legacy
PYLE

Do they build there own speakers, or are there someone
behind the curtains building these things?

No they don't

Pyle quite making their own speakers in the mid 90's then sold their entire company to Sound Around, owners of the Pyramid brand.

Eminence makes some Pyle and Pyramid woofer, particularly the Studio Pro and Pyle Pro speakers.

Audioteck? Who knows.

Legacy is Pyramid.

None of the $30 12" woofers are made in the States.

It's all contract manufacturing. I don't build the circuit boards for my amplifiers, I hire someone in China to do that for me - it saves a TON of time and money.
