Default dain xin audio amplifier problem

one of my amplifier output is presenting 14v, what might be the problem

it uses 6 transistors named d718 and b688, two for subwoofer and the other four the normal audio sound

Please post a photo of the board in the amplifier and the exact point where you placed the probes when you measured 14v.

where i have circled black is where i measured the 14 volts. its actually the two transistors at the center.

Is there a solder bridge on one of the small transistors?

Solder bridge... a blob shorting two or more pins of a component or PCB tracks together.
