I am trying to find this little transformer.This one came out of audio control eqx.
I have seen some bass processors and crossovers with them.

I can't help but the following may be helpful for those who may have a source:

*measure the primary and secondary voltages to get a primary to secondary ratio

*pin spacing for the terminals (between terminals in a row and between terminals in one row to the other row)

*operating frequency of the power supply (taken from windings, not from the oscillator pin of driver IC).
