Default Pioneer amp

I have a pioneer 4 channel amp not sure on the model number right now since I'm not at the shop..

Anyway the regulator is marked D2061 is the a suitable replacement for it?

Those pioneers and their regulators. ugh. Alpine is just as bad.

its just a regular old power transistor, just make sure you get one that has a rated base current that can handle the zener diode, and allow stable regulation. too heavy in the base current, youll lose the zener.

The model number for the amp is GM-D8604

Board Location is Q725

wondering if there is a suitable replacement for it.. (D2061) they are using it for a regulator
