Eclipse 3241 no output

I have a eclipse 3241 that has a flashing green light I've checked the power supply and the outputs had a bad channel and replaced them I do have a donor amp. The 3241 is the old school white ones Help thanks

Is the amp producing rail voltage?

Is there excessive DC voltage on the speaker terminals?
