Amp draws excessive current ..

All outputs are removed right now, power supply fets ,regulators and rectifiers are in the amp right now for testing..

All of the power supply fets are new (IRF3205 with 33 ohm gate resistors)

The LM317 and LM337 arre brand new ..

U4 is the 337 and U3 id LM317 i believe..

U5 and U7 are MUR1620R i believe

U6 and U8 are MUR1620 I believe since this is how the amp came to me


All power supply drivers are brand new

Q1,Q4,Q15,Q19 are MMBTA56's

Q2,Q3,Q16,Q17 are MMBTA06's

I think theese are in the correct locations..


Any ideas why this amp would still draw excessive current?

It says Power 1000a2 on the bottom cover..

U7 and U8 are MUR1620CTR

Thanks ill try switching them around and see what i come up with
