Default NEED DC to DC Converter

Hi,

Please help with schematic or your diy kit for dc -dc converter.

i need input 12v (9-15 volt)
output:+/0/- 15volt @100mA or bigger

I need very low noise DC-DC converter,because this for car preamp application.i already test some DC-Dc converter from mouser but still found the sound is not clean...please advice

Have anyone tried MAX742?

Schematics are in the data sheet. Just need to regulate the car's voltage down to 5V. Looks very easy, but I've got no idea how much noise the switch-mode would make.
