you seem to have a mixture of power supply mosfets. I see IRFZ44, p60n06, I 'd get the power supply fixed with all the same MOSFETS, then get the correct drivers for the drive transistors. What are they supposed to be?

look at the solder job!..total rebuild.

Well, The mosfets are made of different transistors in his repair attempt. The other problem is the mosfets are of P channel and N channel transistors he tried to add in there, of course that wasnt going to work. lol.
