Default JL 500/1 Crossover/EQ issues?

I was driving down the road today and I faintly smelled that kind-of electrical smell of something burning up. The thing is that the amp is still working ok, but now the EQ "Q" freq. , boost knobs etc. don't seem to be working fully adjusted one way or the other now. Any ideas what this might be??

Remove the bottom/rear panel and take some hi resolution pics. The daughter board also is known to few to separate from the mother board causing issues. There are different ways of fixing this.

10 ohm resistors probably fried open on some of the OP-AMPS, they fail.
