I figured this beast out. Sort of...
I pulled all the outputs 1 by 1, and checked them all. One of them was slightly leaky. That was causing the issue.
But the result was bittersweet, because dumbass me wasnt paying attention when reinstalling the fets, and i put the 640s and 9640s on the same rail side. WHoops...
That killed the driver PCB in a way that I couldnt figure out how to fix it. after fixing the FETs correctly, 1 side of the amp just swings into full conduction while the opposite side has oscillation. removing the driver and checking all the transistors and diodes came up empty.
So i officially scrapped the project. Oh well. live and learn.
