Default Sony XM-D1000P5 output transistors

Has anyone figured out which are good replacements for original output transistors for Sony XM-D1000P5 amp. Originals are SSP45N20A.
Found a few threads discussing the same issue but no definite answer.

Why not use the original transistors Sony part number 8-729-056-78 ?
A minute with Yahoo search engine brought up this; Pacific Semiconductors Inc. - Search

Thanks for reply. I understood from other threads that part is obsolete and not for sale anymore. Seems that some are still left to be bought.
I will consider buying some original replacemetns. Pacific semiconductor has minimum order of 50 USD + shipment so the perfect solution would be a replacement that is readily available here in Estonia.

More opinions?

It looks like Pacific has a US location.

Also MCM has them

Anyone want to help me with these transistors?
MCM does not ship to Estonia. I need someone in US to buy them and then send to me.
