Default what is hmr oro 3ohm f

I need to replace this resistor and cannot find any info on it.please help!oh yeah it is out of a memphis 16 mch 1300 location 490 on the board

Is this the 16-st1300d?

It's a current-sensing resistor. The value is 0.03 ohms.

You'll have to measure the resistor and find one that fits. THIS search should have something close.
