10k ohm dual pot. The taper codes vary by manufacturer so I'm not sure what it is. For gain, it's likely an audio taper pot.
If you have another identical pot, you can remove it and see what the resistance reads for each half of either section of the pot with the wiper centered. If it reads approximately 1/2 of the total resistance (measured, not marked resistance), it's a linear taper. If the resistance is not equal, it's an audio taper pot.
