Crunch mono help please

I have a Crunch amp, but all power fets (FQP65N06) burned.
The driver board too...
I will replace fets, but what parts replace in the driver board?
What is the reason that (BE 317) burned?
Marked BE317 transistor similar?
Marked T4 diode similar?
Marked G1 transistor similar?
Replace FPQs to STP60NF06?
Please help me Perry

BE is the marking. It's a 2SB1260.

I don't see any reference for the diode but the 1ss355 is commonly used in this location. The 1N4148W-V may also be a good sub.

I don't know what the G1 transistors are.

I'd use the original FETs if they're available.

Where is the BF transistor? Do you mean DF (2SD1898).

There are different codes for the same part from different manufacturers. After a bit of searching, it seems that the components from MCC seem to fit at least 2 or the parts.

For Q11, a 2SC2412k is generally used there.

But I think BCX53 and BCX56 are good.

The collectors of the transistors are connected to ground under the tabs of the transistors. The center leg is connected to ground through the transistor.

I replace Fets (to IRF1010E) and BE (to 2sb1123t) transistors, but the ps not start.
The total current ~200mA
(supply voltage 12,5V)
All Fet voltage in G leg is 0V, D: 12,5V, S: 0V
Driver board voltages:
1: 0,79V JRX
2: 90mV Comp
3: 90mV U1_3
4: 12,5V
5: 11,8V
6: 0V GND
7: 12,5V
8: 4,45V E2
9: 4,45V E1
10: 3,65V TH
11. 0V Prot
And relay clicking, but power and protect led no light.

Are E1 and E2 directly connected to the emitters of the two BE transistors?

If so, they should go to the gate resistors for the power supply FETs.

On amp pcb - before driver board - have c3198 (Q7) and a1266 (Q6). ???

Do have 12v on the collector of the NPN driver transistor on the main board?
