ok thanks Perry will do and beings i swapped a part i was unsure about i went with my power supply and a smaller speaker to be on the safe side

so power the amp and check the voltages on the Outputs your saying?

The various parts have various levels of distortion. You can use the cheapest one.
Output pins of the op-amps, not the output transistors.

No. I need you to measure the DC voltage on the output pins of all of the 8-pin op-amps in the amplifier. The output pins are 1 and 7. Pin 1 is near the white do on the board.

ok ill check all the voltages of all the 8 pin op amps 1-7 and give you some readings also will it make any difference between using my power supply for readings vs my car battery

i hope i am in the right forum. i am replacing the bad mosfets on my mtx1000xd amp. and i have 2 Smt Type resisters burnt bad enough that they are unreadable R114 and R115. i need a schematic Cant locate ! i would appreciate some info...

Please don't post in a repair thread that was started by someone else unless you are trying to help them.
Contact MTX. They will give you the resistor values.
