Do you have rail-rail oscillation on the output transistors?
Is the master/slave switch set to master? |
HI perry what do you mean Do you have rail-rail oscillation on the output transistors? how do I check that?
and yes its set to master.
Set your scope to 50v/div and 10us. Touch the scope probe to the legs that didn't have 100+v. You should see a square wave that swings from the positive rail to the negative rail.

Sorry Perry I don't have a scope yet I should have one in the next few days and then I still need to learn how to use it. Can I do anything with my DMM?
If you're going to have a scope in a few days, it would be better to wait.
OK thanks!!
Find a downloadable copy of the owner's manual for your scope and read it from cover to cover.
ok will do!
