Default Autotek AT2000.1D

I clamped this amp at 532w at 1.8 ohms. The amp isnt mine, but I opened it up...and counted the turns ratio,on the toriods...I got 1:4 ratio....apparently Maxxsonics has the rail voltage regulated real low on this amp...My question is what resistors can I change to up the rail voltage on this amp...it uses a 494...

I figure this amp should do just over 1ohm,after box rise....but based off the transformer ratios....this same amp should be capable of the claimed 2000 watts.
