ports help

hi all
Any one no where i can find these ports especially the one on the right?

Have you tried Audio Control direct? They likely have spares to sell you. They always seemed to support their gear well in the past as I recall....

They have them @ $12 each.Any idea what type of port they are?
I found these on ebay but what i need is 20k New 100K Ohm Dual Audio Taper Pot PC Board Pins 6 Pin E | eBay
