The bias is set as it should be on the other channels.

Scope setting was 2ms/2vd

I figured it out.

I should have known, when all I did is reflow some solder to cold joints and the channel had distorted audio.

The solder followed the legs of the D41D8 transistor to the top side of the board and made a solder bridge between the base and collector.

The bridge was not visible because it was under the transistor and it was a very tiny bridge.

The amp works awesome.

Please read #81 and #82.

The amp ran hard on the bench for about an hour, fan works great, amp sounds awesome. No issues. Bias is holding.

Most of the time the answer to your own question is right in front of you, you just have to look for it.
