I am attempting to repair the amp kx600.4, initially the amp would blow a 10 amp fuse as soon I touch power to the terminals. I removed all output bjt's and replaced the defective one.
Now the amp powers up for about 5 seconds, then blows the power line fuse when the amp tries to go from soft turn-on to idle.
can anyone explain what problem I am experiencing with the amp?
