i know right. this amp look like it was put together by hand from the soldering... i think the 494 is gone in the one posted in the picture. the amp lights up and the relay click i get 3v on the ps gate but no wave period.

i pulled this back out. it had design flaws.a ground was printed on the board running to a transformer.are my findings right for the transistors on the driver card?

The bottom two should be the right transistors.
