Here are some pics of the driver transistors that look bad. Anyone know where I can buy them?

Yeah they are fried just as expected. you might want to try this guy on ebay...

Or maybe Perry knows a good sub to use. The guy on ebay use to work for SoundStream so he has a lot of excess inventory on hand. Send a email thru ebay and ask for Jaime...

Yes. Use the originals if available. If not, the BD140 installed facing the opposite direction works.

When those short, it often damaged the 2N2222A transistors as well.

You should check other components like the outputs and rectifiers before ordering. He may have those as well.

R86 is the I guess "gate" resistor that may be bad as well all the others rear like 3.5 and this one reads 4.2.

Replace all three 3.3 ohm resistors in that group.

Since both sides of the amp seem to have had a problem would it be a good idea to replace the other 3 as well?

It's not necessary if they're within tolerance but you can do it if you'd like.
