Ok, when i operate "high/low" (!) level switch, my rails at rectifiers are changing. When switch is in position "hi" - my readings at rectifiers are -62v and +33V on center legs. When switch is in "low" position, i get -32 and +33. Amp ground terminal as reference.
When using negative speaker terminal as reference, i get good -62v and +62v on both switch positions.

Is the high/low audio signal input switch?

That shouldn't make a difference since it only appears to change where the amp gets it's turn-on signal.

Use the negative speaker terminal as the reference when measuring the voltages on the secondary side of the power supply (rail, regulated...).

At this point, does the amplifier produce audio?
