What have you done to determine that they need to be replaced? Are you sure that they're defective?

That sounds like you have shorted output transistors.

Perry is correct you most likely have a shorted output or two. I have rarely seen a power supply fail that was not caused by shorted outputs or other issues elsewhere inside the amp.
Use a three amp blade fuse inline with the supply this amp should power up at about 1 amp and no more. I have seen a few of these back in the day. I think they had IRFZ-34 in the supply to begin with. But Perry's suggestion of Z-44's should work just fine....
