HELP:Car radio laser pickup identification

Hi all,
this is my first post here.I need some help.
I'm trying to identify a laser pickup of a my customer (I'm a technician), it's mounted on a car radio of a Skoda Octavia (year 2007 model).
The model of the car radio is Stream audio - 0506 - s00.5610.41.99 1Z0 012 095 H
Sadly I don't have any picture of this laser pickup, it's still in the hand of the customer but if you need them I may ask to him to take some shots.

Is it the radio from follow URL?

Not properly.Mine is Stream audio - 0506 - s00.5610.41.99 1Z0 012 095 H while this is

S00.5610.48.20 1Z0 012 149 F but maybe they share the same laser pickup.
