Default Apine 9833 cd unit replace with bluetoth

Hello. I have an alpine 9833 that has problems with the optical block, i don't know but it tries 3 times to read the cd and after that it appears "cd error". No problem, i want to modify that replace the cd unit with a simple stereo cable that introduce sound from another device like a bluetooth reciver. I have allready an Ipod on the ai-net but i want to add this!

Do you know how are the pins from optical unit? Where is L R and Ground? And how to modify the unit that accepts signal from this source even it gets cd error. I have service manual but i don't understand very well the schematics.
