fosgate punch 800a2 trys to power up but fails to do so

so i got 2 blown fosgate punch 800a2 from some dude on craigslist as a trade for good unit .Both boards are marked 2038 .so the one im thinking about repairing tries to start i can see huge current draw on my power supply amp meter then it tries aggain and aggain .I cannot find bad component in the output stage

question 2 ; for the second blown amp I'm testing all outputs on one channel bad .board is mind ,never repaired ,was virgin till today when i broke the warranty seals .what would be a resonable price to offer this for sale

How much current does it draw when trying to power up?

Have you tried setting the bias pots fully counter-clockwise to see if the current draw decreased?

my psu is 30 amps so when it tries to power up it goes to max and the psu protection starts flashing like there is a short
i have not tried to adjust the bias
