Rs components carry them in UK . 4.66 each
Buy MOSFET Transistors MOSFET N-Channel 250V 44A TO247AC Vishay IRFP264NPBF online from RS for next day delivery.

Those haven't been readily available from most distributors. The IRFP4229PBF has been used as a sub and has worked well in the amps that I've used them in.

The man asked i did a search and i found .. they are also in stock. What more can a man want i found original and perry has sub device .. now that is what i call service!

Thank you madtecchy for your help I should of stated in my post that I don't like to buy parts on ebay and like to buy from U.S. distributers. Thank you Perry I'm going to try the sub that you suggested
