everyone who remembers the thread about when I finally made a working amplifier..
I turned it into a car subwoofer amplifier by adding a huge heatsink and changing the resistor just slightly
and then plugging it into a 12 volt wall adapter and it is so powerful my subwoofer moves like an inch at certain frequencies! my amplifier puts out at least 80 watts or more now!! cause my subwoofer is seriously bumping and it's totally moving like a lot!!!!
the sing transistor I'm using get's pretty hot but it's not hot enough to burn my fingers if i keep my finger on it which is good because it doesn't burn out :D
and I have a gigantic huge heatsink on it screwed down tightly
if I could find a way to get rid of the DC flowing to the subwoofer (its same as before but still it's there..)
that would be amazing!
My subwoofer is a DUAL 12" I bought for 30 dollars at walmart but it is loud!!!
maybe now I can possibly break in my subwoofer and loosen it up a bit
(its been getting pretty stiff but now I can give it some bass!!!)
